Logan Square Farmers Market is run independently by the Logan Square Chamber of Commerce in 2008. We thank the City of Chicago's Mayor's Office of Special Events for their assistance in launching the market in 2005 and partnering with the Chamber to grow it last year.

Looking to sell at the market?

We are updating our 2008 guidelines and FAQ and it will be available for download soon. You may download a vendor application by clicking here. The deadline for applications is March 31, 2008.

Location The market will once again be located generally at the southeast corner of Logan Blvd. and Milwaukee Ave, next to the historic Illinois Centennial Monument and one block from the CTA Blue Line.

Chicago's coolest farmers market

According to the Thursday, August 7th edition of the Chicago Tribune the Logan Square Farmers Market is the coolest in the city. To read the article click on the pdf file above. Although they did get some facts wrong. Galewood Cookshack is at the market on the following dates: Aug 17, Sept 7, Sept 21 and Oct 5. The Cookshack alternates with Fonda del Mar, which is at the market when the Cookshack is not. We also expect Vince from Cook au Vin to be making sweet and savory crepes every Sunday.

Farm Aid's Family Farm Disaster Fund

The Family Farm Disaster Fund was established by Farm Aid to help farm families survive weather-related disasters. Right now they are working with farmers across the country who have been hurt by devastating flooding and severe weather in Illinois and the mid-west.

Cedar Valley Sustainable Farm - Monthly Meat Shares - (Chicken, Beef, Pork & Eggs) $240 per quarter.
New!Mike & Clare's Farm They will farm and take over the vegetable CSA at Cedar Valley Sustainable Farm. They offer a weekly 1/2 bushel share box of vegetables (and hopefully a berry or two!) $495/year.
Montalbano Farm - For 18 weeks throughout the spring, summer, and fall members receive a 3/4 bushel share of fresh, organic vegetables and herbs for $520.
Red Tail Farm - 20 week vegetable and herb share for $480. Members will also receive 25% off chicken and eggs at the market and 5 free bouquets of flowers.
