Become a Sponsor of the LSFM

Demonstrate your commitment to local agriculture and sustainable food systems, while reaching thousands of Chicagoans, by becoming a Logan Square Farmers Market Sponsor. The Logan Square Farmers Market is operated by the Logan Square Chamber of Commerce, a 501(c)(6) nonprofit with three primary goals: to build an alternative food system, foster entrepreneurship, and to build community. Since 2016, the market has been highlighted by the New York Times, CBS News, USA Today and named Best Farmers Market in Chicago by Chicago Magazine and the Chicago Reader (for the 6th year in a row). The LSFM is entering its 11th season in operation.

Please review our current sponsorship opportunities below. Interested parties must submit a letter of interest, detailing the dollar amount and type of sponsorship, to whitney@loganchamber.org. Only applicants fitting within LSFM’s mission will be approved. Upon approval, sponsors will receive an MOU to sign and return along with payment in full. Fees are due in advance and sponsorship will not be confirmed until payment has been received.

Sponsorship Opportunities

LSFM Community Program Sponsorships

LSFM Community Programs Sponsors support our SNAP Outreach Program and Double Value Program, to increase purchasing power of low-income community members at the LSFM. The Double Value Program matches purchases made using LINK and WIC/Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program checks, dollar for dollar up to $15/market day, in coupons to be spent on fresh produce at the market. While the Logan Square community hosts residents with a median income of $49,610, ten percent of Logan Square residents use LINK to afford food. By supporting the Double Value Program at the Logan Square Farmers Market, you are providing opportunities for low-income residents of the community and Chicago to access better quality, locally produced foods and participate in a central community event. The program contributes to the economic support of local farmers, strengthening the local food economy and increasing the consumer base for locally produced foods.

Community program sponsorships start at $1200 and include an appearance at the Logan Square Farmers Market. All sponsors will receive a write-up on your contribution to share with your networks and press, as well as a personalized acknowledgement on your support to share with our networks. Additional terms may be honored on a case by case basis.

Market Season Sponsorships

Market season sponsorships support the operational costs of the market. These operational costs include, but are not limited to, print costs, administrative costs, permits, site fees, waste diversion fees, transportation fees and more. In an effort to support a local food economy, market sponsors help keep farmer and producer fees low, so they can focus on the production they do best.

One-month sponsorship term starts at $1200 and includes an on-site market appearance (in one 10×10 tent) over the course of a season. All sponsors will receive a write-up on your contribution to share with your networks and press, as well as a personalized acknowledgement on your support to share with our networks. Additional terms may be honored on a case by case basis.

Market season sponsorships range from $5000-$15000 and include set market appearances, a write-up on your contribution to share with your networks and press, as well as a personalized acknowledgement on your support to share with our networks. Additional terms may be honored on a case by case basis.

Please note: Market season and community program sponsorships can be combined for greatest impact.
